Qualifications

Our appraisers are qualified to appraise a wide range of properties, including single-family homes, condominiums, and 2-4 unit buildings. We specialize in appraising residential properties and can produce reports on all current Fannie-Mae appraisal forms—from the full 1004 appraisal form to the limited 2055 appraisal form—for use in sales, refinances, estate and tax planning, divorce, dissolving business partnerships, probate, condo conversion, and Tenants In Common (TIC) ownership. We are also qualified to handle appraisals for use in reverse mortgages. All of our appraisers are fully licensed by the State of California and have full Errors & Omissions insurance coverage. Our company is also approved with all the current major lenders.

Experience
